Gem de piersici



Am primit o plasa de piersici de vie si am facut un gem extrem de parfumat, fin si foarte gustos. Reteta e simpla, la un kg de fructe am folosit cam 700 grame de zahar, fructele au fost destul de dulci. La piersicile bine spalate si desfacute in doua sa scot samburii, am adaugat zaharul, asa cum am amintit mai sus cam 700 grame de zahar la kg de fructe, le am pus la fiert la foc mic. Piersicile fierb foarte repede pt ca au pulpa moale. Cand am obtinut consistenta dorita, m am folosit de mixerul vertical si am obtinut un gem fin, l am mai fiert cam 10 minute apoi lam turnat in borcane bine spalate, sterilizate in cuptorul aragazului, am infiletat capacele si am lasat borcanele la caldura acoperite cu o patura. Dupa racire le am asezat in camara. Ca sa sporiti aroma gemului puteti adauga dupa preferinta cateva pliculete de zahar vanilinat. Asta e reteta mea pe care v o recomand.
